DESCRIPTION:Bookings: You are required to book and pay direct at the venue 
 Lee Valley to secure any bookings for this event\, however it is useful fo
 r us to know who plans to attend so you can still use our sign up to let u

 fident on flat water and capsizing with a spray deck\n\nTime(s): - We typi
 cally book sessions around 1pm\, 2pm or 3pm.\n\nLocation/Venue: Lee Valley
  is a man-made course\, the site was built for the Olympics and is great f
 or progressive paddlers and intermediates offering two different levels of
  course with safety cover provided. You are required to book and complete 
 an assessment if its your first time\, so if you are interested in these s
 essions make sure you book to get your assessment in early for the date we
  are attending if you want to do it on a day that club members will be the
 re. If you have already passed your assessment don't forget to book and pa
 y for your sessions directly with Lee Valley.\n\nDescription:  \n\nAll of
  our white water sessions use a variety of venues rotating between Local W
 eirs\, Nene White Water Course and Lee Valley White Water Course. These ha
 ve been chosen to help offer venue locations that will provide something f
 or everyone at differing levels\, so both entry level and more advanced pa
 ddlers can all be welcome to join in.\n\nThe sessions are aimed to support
  participants to\n\n 	learn the basics of how to manoeuvre a craft in movi
 ng water\n 	progressively building up necessary skills for more advanced o
 r longer trips\n 	practise existing white water river skills\n 	practise f
 reestyle skills\n\nKit/Equipment Hire: Equipment is always available for u
 se at official club activities however there is no equipment stored onsite
  for these events\, so if you require to equipment please complete a hire 
 request. We highly recommend where possible that you are able to transport
  your own kit\, however understand not everyone has a van or roof rack esp
 ecially those new to the sport\, if this is the case ensure you fill in yo
 ur request soon as possible. Equipment should be collected at the Wednesda
 y Mixed/Open (pool\, lido\, canal) Session before the event and returned t
