Description: We’re excited to kick off club paddling again with our annual New Year’s Paddle! The aim is to get everyone back together for a nice social paddle after the holidays. We will set off from the Basingstoke Canal Centre for a nice paddle down the canal. The rough plan for the day is as follows:
- 13:00 – Arrive at Canal Centre
- 13:30 – On the water
- 15:30 – Off the water (or earlier / later if people want)
Kit/Equipment Hire: B3C have kindly allowed us to use their equipment for this trip, so equipment will be available at the canal centre. It will probably be cold so please dress appropriately for the weather remembering that there’s always a chance you’ll end up getting wet. Also bring any food / drink you would like.
