DESCRIPTION:Booking Cut Off: 6pm before the session starts.  Limited on th
 e door tickets available.\nA session can be cancelled/stopped if the volun
 teers consider continuing would be unsafe.\nType: Open/Mixed Session\n\nSu
 itability: All Levels\n\nCars can be parked at the usual Lido Car Park and
  you can enter through the lido side gate.\n\nDescription:\n\nThe lido is 
 a fantastic large venue for trying the sport for the first time or practis
 ing those skills you would prefer not to do at the canal.\n\nAim to arrive
  around 5-10 mins before the session time to provide a bit of extra time t
 o get ready\, you must only enter the venue when you are instructed. You m
 ust ensure you register before getting changed with all members of your pa
 rty present when registering. Our volunteers will do the best they can to 
 get you on the water as soon as is possible\, however you should only ente
 r the water once you have\, registered\, a volunteer has ensured you have 
 adequate and correctly fitted safety equipment and the duty volunteers in 
 hi-vis have said it is safe to do so.\nWhat to bring:\nYou will need to br
 ing a complete change of clothes\, towel etc. in case you get wet or capsi
 ze.\nWe have a variety of boats\; kayaks\, canoes and stand up paddle boar
 ds - you are welcome to bring your own boat and equipment - please ensure 
 that is has been cleaned before using a the lido.\n\nWhat to wear on the w
 ater:\n\n\n\n\n 	Please you wear shorts and t-shirt as a minimum - this is
  to give some protection while getting in and out boats.\n 	Wetsuits are i
 deal.\n 	Footwear is required - spare trainers\, water shoes.\n 	Cags (kay
 ak cagoule) are available to help with the cold\; these are recommended on
  colder dates but are optional.\n 	Buoyancy aids are provided and are comp
 ulsory.\n 	Helmets are available\, are compulsory for all under 14 year ol
 ds and on the stand up paddle board.\n\n\n\n\nWe are a Community Club and 
 all volunteers\, please do provide assistance getting equipment out of the
  store and putting away.\nParticipant Achievement - 8 Week Lido Programme:
  This programme is to encourage progress across 3 main crafts over the Li
 do Season.  Progression can accelerate at the instructor’s discretion 
 in line with participants’ ability.  Open to all.  Speak to a volunte
 er to join.\n\n\n\nAnnual Memberships:\n\nFamily £50\n\nIndividual £35\n
