 ixed Session\n\nSuitability: All Levels\n\nCars can be parked at the usual
  Lido Car Park and you can enter through the lido side gate.\n\nDescriptio
 n:\n\nThe lido is a fantastic large venue for trying the sport for the fir
 st time or practising those skills you would prefer not to do at the canal
 .\n\nAim to arrive around 5-10 mins before the session time to provide a b
 it of extra time to get ready\, you should only enter the venue when you a
 re instructed. You must ensure you register before getting changed with al
 l members of your party present when registering. Our volunteers will do t
 he best they can to get you on the water as soon as is possible\, however 
 you should only enter the water once you have\, registered\, a volunteer h
 as ensured you have adequate and correctly fitted safety equipment and the
  duty volunteers in florescent orange bibs have said it is safe to do so.\
 nWhat to bring:\nYou will need to bring a complete change of clothes\, tow
 el etc. in case you get wet or capsize.\nWe have a variety of boats\; kaya
 ks\, canoes and stand up paddle boards - you are welcome to bring your own
  boat and equipment.\n\nWhat to wear on the water:\n\n\n\n\n 	Please you w
 ear shorts and t-shirt as a minimum - this is to give some protection whil
 e getting in and out boats.\n 	Wetsuits are ideal.\n 	Footwear is required
  - spare trainers\, water shoes - not flip flops or crocs - we reserve the
  right to refuse entry on the water.\n 	Cags (kayak cagoule) are available
  to help with the cold\; these are recommended on colder dates but are opt
 ional.\n 	Buoyancy aids are provided and are compulsory.\n 	Helmets are av
 ailable\, are compulsory for all under 14 year olds and on the stand up pa
 ddle board.\n\n\n\n\nWe are a Community Club and all volunteers\, we appre
 ciate assistance getting equipment out of the store and putting away.\n\n\
