 s\n\nDescription:\n\nTo celebrate the Lido's opening day we will once agai
 n be running kayaking taster sessions\, these sessions are free to anyone 
 using the Lido on the opening day\, so we shall release online bookings at
  around 8am on the day\n\nOnce you have paid and entered the lido\, you ca
 n either come and visit us by the diving board to sign up\, or complete th
 e booking form below. Once booked please come over to us 5mins before your
  time slot on the day. We shall be running 4 x 30 minute paddling sessions
  on the day at: 12:30\, 13:30\, 14:30 &amp\; 15:30.\n\nNo previous paddlin
 g experience is required for these taster sessions (though you're welcome 
 to attend if you have paddled before)\, and all equipment will be provided
 ! The lido is a fantastic venue for trying the sport for the first time or
  practising those skills you would prefer not to do at the canal.\n\nVolun
 teers\n\nAs usual we require volunteers to help setup the club gazebo for 
 the band\, and help participants getting on and off the water and supporti
 ng kit fitment.\n\n
