 e moving water at the bottom if the Lock\, ideal for practicing breaking i
 n / out for the flow\, as well as a slide to paddle down and have a bit of
  fun.\n\nKit/Equipment Hire: You will require the following equipment for 
 this trip\, if you need to borrow any equipment then please let us know as
  soon as possible:\n\n 	Boat\n 	Paddle\n 	Buoyancy Aid\n 	Spray Deck\n 	Ka
 yak Helmet\n 	Suitable paddling clothing for the conditions (e.g. a cag or
  drysuit\, etc.)\n\nIdeally equipment should be picked up at the Wednesday
  Lido session before the trip and returned on the Wednesday Lido session a
 fter the trip. If you are unable to transport equipment yourself you need 
 to make alternative arrangements as soon as possible.\n\n
