  SO WE CAN ENSURE THERE IS SUFFICIENT FOOD!\n\nTime: Starts from 7pm\n\nTy
 pe: BBQ Social and AGM\n\nSuitability: Anyone\n\nDescription:\n\nEach year
  we try and run at least one big social BBQ to celebrate the end of the ye
 ar\, thank all our members for their support\, review the year and host ou
 r AGM.\n\nThe event is open to all members and is an opportunity to learn 
 more about the activities that have happened this year and opportunities i
 n the coming year as well as get to see a bit of polo training!\n\nThe clu
 b cannot run without all our volunteers\, especially the committee volunte
 ers as some roles are compulsory as per our constitution\, need always nee
 d new committee members to cover all the roles and responsibilities\n\n\nI
 f you can help with any parts of the roles\, either taking one as an indiv
 idual or shared duty then please let us know – more hands make light wor
