  Social and AGM\n\nSuitability: Anyone\n\nDescription:\n\nEach year we try
  and run at least one big social BBQ to celebrate the end of the year\, th
 ank all our members for their support\, review the year and host our AGM.\
 n\nThe event is open to all members and is an opportunity to learn more ab
 out the activities that have happened this year and opportunities in the c
 oming year as well as get to see a bit of polo training!\n\nThe club canno
 t run without all our volunteers\, especially the committee volunteers as 
 some roles are compulsory as per our constitution\, need always need new c
 ommittee members to cover all the roles and responsibilities\n\n\nIf you c
 an help with any parts of the roles\, either taking one as an individual o
 r shared duty then please let us know – more hands make light work! And 
 a better Club.\nPlease let us know if you have any other nominations eithe
